Wrought Iron Door Knob
A wonderfully crafted, wrought iron door knob.
This rustic, hard-wearing KP 3067 Wrought Iron Door Knob, which is handmade in a traditional English ironfoundry.
This style of door knob is called a “Ball Knob”, because it is a spherical shape (like a ball!). This is a very traditional shape of knob, as it is a simple style and therefore lends itself to the rustic antique black wrought iron.
The door knob in the photo is shown mounted on a round rose, although these knobs are also available mounted on square roses and backplates.
They are also available as a “rim lock set” – these are door knobs with a rose on one side only, so can fit with the rim lock on the other side.
